2011 Marathon de Québec
This year the Patineurs Maîtres de Québec
celebrates the 10th edition of the Marathon de Québec. Skaters will race on the magnificent ice of the Gaetan-Boucher
Olympic Oval in Ste-Foy (Quebec City). Saturday's 25 K will be part of the
MSI Points Series, with chip-timing courtesy of MSI.

REGISTRATION
Please register online by visiting the MSI Events page (use the menu, left of this page), then click the 'Register' link for the Quebec City marathon.
FEES
1 distance - $35 (25 K or One Hour Challenge)
2 distances - $60 (25 K and One Hour Challenge)
Arctic Roses 10 K (women only)- $10 (or $5 if registered in the other distances)
CASH PRIZES
$50 to the male and female skaters who skate the fastest lap in the 25 K.
Rules: The skater must complete the entire distance; must respect the course; and has not been disqualified from the race by the officials for unfair conduct.
GENERAL RULES
1. Slow skaters must skate inside the track.
2. Passing must be done on the right (outside).
3. Drafting is permitted even if you have been passed by the lead pack.
